From March to May 2008, PinoyME in partnership with Grameen Foundation USA conducted a series of Regional Consultations on MIS. Four consultations were conducted, one each in Central Luzon (Tarlac), Bicol (Legazpi), Visayas (Cebu) and Mindanao (Davao).
